How to switch the language of the software？

Here is a remind that you may need to choose the suitable language when you install the software, once the install process is finished, the software language can not be switched again, or you may uninstall the software and reinstall it.

How to customize the light color of a single key？How to turn off the RGB effect and Buttom RGB effect？

Open the software and go into the Lighting interface, choose the light effect to “Game mode”, then click the key which you want to define on software, the adjust the rgb color to apply on the key.

Why the keyboard becomes disconnected or out-of-work in the wireless mode?

When the battery level is low or battery is out of charge, the keyboard can not support the wireless or BT function normally, pls fully charge the keyboard to restore the wireless function.

Does the keyboard support Flash memory power-down storage?

Yes, you may apply the remapped key on other device if you customize the keys on current device, but the music follor effect will not work if the software is off.
